For the past three years, I've been working and competing in the outdoor and fitness industry. My experiences range across many disciplines from hiking, community building, strength training, running and triathlons. I believe I've created the perfect balance of finding a love of movement and building community and I want to share those findings with you through my coaching.

Running Programs

Since I started taking running seriously, nearly two years ago, I've completed multiple marathons, half-marathons, and 10km races, racking up some pretty respectable times from optimising my training.
